WWI Symposium: The Forging of America's WWII Leadership

Whether they experienced the battlefield or supported the battlefield, many of America's World War II leaders were molded by their experience of World War I. To explore these stories, the MacArthur Memorial is hosting a one-day symposium that will highlight the World War I experiences of Harry S. Truman, George C. Marshall, Douglas MacArthur, and Dwight D. Eisenhower and address how the lessons of this war served these men in World War II. For details on speakers and schedule, please click on the link below.
