DIRECTIONS

The Memorial is easily reached via I-264.

• From the east, exit to City Hall Avenue (Exit 10) and proceed three blocks west.
• From the west, transit the Downtown tunnel from Portsmouth to the Market Street exit, turn left at St. Paul's Boulevard, right at City Hall Avenue, then proceed two blocks west to the Memorial

From the Light Rail:

• Exit at MacArthur Square Station. The Memorial is directly across the street from the station.
